Job Title: Gateway CoordinatorWe are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Gateway Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating the flow of goods and services across various channels, ensuring seamless delivery and exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Collaboration: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and government agencies, to enhance collaboration and drive business growth.
  • Negotiation and Conflict Resolution: Engage in effective negotiations and manage customer complaints, fostering professional relationships with federal, state, and local government agencies, industry bodies, and other key stakeholders.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with service delivery, ensuring compliance with relevant legislative and corporate policy requirements.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with the team to identify areas for process improvement, implementing changes that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Communication and Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders, articulating complex issues, risks, and outcomes in a clear and concise manner.
