Job Title: Asset Management Leader

This role is a crucial position within the Group Supply Chain leadership team, reporting to the General Manager. The successful candidate will leverage their extensive business operations experience to drive the implementation of category strategies.

About the Role:
  • The Asset Management Leader will serve as a link between suppliers and projects, leveraging operations expertise to champion supplier adoption that maximises organisational benefits.
  • They will be responsible for influencing and championing the enhanced value for the organisation by driving change and engagement through clear communication, commercial acumen and a collaborative approach to understanding business and customer needs that align with long-term goals.
About You:
  • You will have prior hands-on experience in operations at a Contract or Project Director level or similar.
  • You will have demonstrated experience with complex, at scale, cost reduction, transformation programs.
  • You will possess well-developed negotiation, communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
  • You will be an analytical individual with an understanding of financial principles relating to procurement, supply chain and contracts.
  • You will have proven ability to think strategically, translate vision, overcome objections and bring stakeholders along the journey.
  • You will have exposure to change management and ability to align strategies to organisation goals.
  • You will have a high level of commercial acumen, championing a culture of collaboration.
