Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Insights Leader to drive data-driven decision making across our organization. This role will play a crucial part in shaping the future of our business operations by leveraging insights to deliver greater value to customers.

You will work closely with leadership to identify, develop, and manage reporting tools that support the execution of our overall business plan. Your key responsibilities include analyzing and monitoring internal processes, implementing changes to improve operational efficiency, and managing financial performance.

  • General Reporting and Analysis:
    • Design and develop dashboards tracking operational, financial, and customer experience performance daily/monthly.
    • Become an expert in datasets available, including SAP and PowerBI.
    • Act as a champion for data and analytics within the organization.
  • Sales Support:
    • Conduct quantitative sales analysis on business performance and provide guidance to drive incremental sales opportunities.
    • Recommend strategies to take in underperforming customers or product categories.
    • Support the business through sales driving and marketing business cases.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Substantial experience in Commercial/Business Analytics, Sales Operations, or a similar data analytics role at a senior level.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related business discipline preferable.
  • Able to demonstrate flexibility and responsiveness in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Influential communication skills with the ability to inspire action through data-driven recommendations.
  • Problem-solving approach with a solution-oriented mindset.
