Warehouse Production Coordinator Role

This role brings together all aspects of the warehouse and production to ensure seamless delivery on deployments and projects.

We are seeking a passionate and organized individual to join our team as a Warehouse Production Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing competing priorities, building strong relationships with the team, and driving continuous improvement in the warehouse.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a service delivery/warehouse/production coordinator role, managing direct reports, and autonomously managing competing priorities. They will also have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to build strong team relationships.

In this role, you will:

  • Send, receive, and monitor stock for our warehouse
  • Pack and ship our technology intrastate, interstate, and overseas
  • Owning warehouse systems and structure to ensure a clean, safe, and organized working environment and up-to-date documentation
  • Coordinate multiple shipments and projects at a time
  • Coordinate hardware configuration to ensure smooth lab hardware delivery for our operations team
  • Proactively engage with multiple departments to interpret project requirements, ensure delivery expectations are communicated and met, and all parties are informed of progress
  • Assess warehouse procedures for improvements and efficiencies
  • Manage and mentor the warehouse assistant positions, including rostering casual hours for projects within budget where appropriate
  • Manage the procurement process
  • Schedule, plan, manage, and complete production jobs, ensuring necessary equipment is acquired and maintained
  • Be proactive about identifying service delivery challenges and actively addressing any roadblocks as they arise, to manage client relationships and ensure quality is maintained

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a service delivery/warehouse/production coordinator role (previous experience working with technology is advantageous)
  • Experience managing direct reports and working cross-departmentally
  • Experience autonomously managing competing priorities
  • An attention to detail and a drive for continuous improvement
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to monitor multiple delivery timelines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • An ability to build strong team relationships and work autonomously
  • The ability to obtain a Working with Children's Check/s for the state you are working in

A Day in the Life:

  • You will be working closely with our operations team to ensure smooth lab hardware delivery
  • You will be proactively engaging with multiple departments to interpret project requirements and ensure delivery expectations are communicated and met
  • You will be assessing warehouse procedures for improvements and efficiencies
  • You will be managing and mentoring the warehouse assistant positions
  • You will be managing the procurement process
  • You will be scheduling, planning, managing, and completing production jobs
