Main Responsibilities:- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
- Operate a forklift safely and efficiently, following all necessary safety protocols and guidelines.
- Store goods and packaging materials according to industry guidelines and regulations.
- Manage CHEP Pallets and general stock control processes to optimize storage capacity and minimize waste.
- Meet or exceed customer service and quality targets by providing timely and accurate support.
- Identify areas for cost savings, safety improvements, and process enhancements within the warehouse to drive business growth and efficiency.
- Verify loading plans and ensure accurate receipt and dispatch paperwork to prevent errors and delays.
- Properly store received goods and pallets, reporting any discrepancies to your supervisor to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive new developments and business initiatives that improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Working knowledge of warehouse activities, safety rules, and industry regulations.
- Demonstrated proficiency in operating a forklift and navigating warehouse equipment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes.
