Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to play a pivotal role in embedding best practice across procurement and supply chain functions. This position ensures that all activities are carried out responsibly, sustainably, and in line with legislation, while driving efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement.

This is a critical enabling role that spans procurement and supply chain governance, compliance, systems, and stakeholder engagement. You will implement frameworks, processes, reporting, and training initiatives that support the delivery of the procurement and supply chain strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement procurement and supply chain governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
  • Coordinate governance forums and compliance programs (e.g., PAG, Townhall, audit and risk forums).
  • Establish compliance reporting, risk management, and audit responses.
  • Manage document control and cyclical policy/procedure reviews.
  • Drive process systemisation, ERP optimisation, and automation initiatives.
  • Provide training, education, and support to stakeholders on procurement best practice.
  • Collaborate across the business to deliver governance-related projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to key requirements, including ESG, SOCI, Modern Slavery, and RAP commitments.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 3–5 years' experience in procurement and supply chain governance and compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes, including systems and technology.
  • Experience with ERP/Source-to-Pay systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proven experience developing policies, procedures, and frameworks.
  • Strong stakeholder management and change management skills, including delivering training.
  • Experience in contract management, assurance, and compliance reporting.
  • Ability to interpret and communicate complex data sets into actionable insights.
