Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver tailored orientation programs to meet the needs of individual staff members.
  • Provide cultural supervision and support to foster growth, connection, and success.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and other stakeholders.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) with AHPRA.
  • Certificate IV in Training & Assessment or equivalent.
  • Aboriginal descent and eligibility under the Anti-Discrimination Act for identification as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander.
