Capital Raising and Investor Relations Expert

We are seeking an experienced capital raising and investor relations expert to lead our distribution strategy across institutional investors, family offices, and financial planners. In this high-impact role, you will develop and execute strategic plans to engage with high-net-worth investors, drive growth, and build long-lasting relationships.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive distribution strategy to increase investor engagement and capital inflows.
  • Build and maintain relationships with fund managers, superannuation platforms, family offices, and financial planners through targeted roadshows, presentations, and tailored investment briefings.
  • Collaborate with the legal, finance, and external advisor teams to ensure compliance, structuring, and reporting requirements are met.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new investors and provide exceptional service from initial contact through to ongoing reporting and updates.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in capital raising, investor relations, or asset management, with a proven track record of engaging with institutional investors, family offices, and financial planners. They will possess strong commercial and financial acumen, excellent presentation and negotiation skills, and be able to tailor messages for different audiences and stakeholders.
