Job Title: Business Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Business Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our administration department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing travel arrangements, maintaining office files and records, and supporting scheduling and reporting processes.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support including correspondence, data entry, and report preparation
  • Manage travel arrangements, rosters, client billing and financial documentation
  • Maintain and secure office files and records
  • Support scheduling, staff timesheets, and reporting processes within relevant systems
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Certificate III in Business (or equivalent)
  • Minimum two years' experience in administration, secretarial or clerical roles
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders
  • Well-developed organisational and problem-solving abilities
  • Current driver's licence
  • Ability to obtain (or hold) a National Police Check, Working with Children Blue Card, and LCS Check (where required)
