Job Title: 2IC

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a 2IC in our OSHC program. As a 2IC, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional experiences for the children in our care, working closely with the Director of Service to create enriching experiences based on the preferences of the children.

About the Role

The 2IC will be responsible for:

  • Assisting with the creation and implementation of engaging programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our children.
  • Providing support in ensuring our program is compliant with industry regulations.
  • Building strong relationships with parents and engaging with the school community to promote our services.
  • Co-managing and coordinating our school holiday program.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
