Childcare Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a 2IC (Second in Charge) in our Reservoir program. As a 2IC, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience for the children in our care.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Director of Service in creating and implementing enriching experiences for the children in our program.
- Support the program in ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
- Interact with parents and respond to their enquiries.
- Engage with the school community and attend events when necessary.
- Play and have fun with primary school aged children.
- Co-manage or coordinate during the school holiday program.
- You must be passionate about working with children and have a positive attitude.
- You should be a strong team player with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience in Before and After School Care or education is desirable, but not essential.
- You must have outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
- You should be looking for stable, permanent part-time hours.
- You must be qualified or studying towards an ACECQA recognised qualification in Victoria.
