Corporate Tax Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Tax Advisor to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our tax practice, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on corporate tax matters, including M&A, consolidations, restructures, and financing.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering taxation services for a portfolio of corporate clients, including corporate income tax compliance and preparation/review of income tax returns and tax accounting calculations;
  • Assisting in the delivery of corporate taxation advisory services tailored to client needs, including ATO risk reviews, audits, and ruling application processes;
  • Providing exceptional client service as a point of contact for clients, collaborating with specialist teams to bring expertise to corporate clients;
  • Supervising junior team members, fostering their learning and contributing to a positive team culture that promotes high performance, collaboration, and celebrates successes;

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Australian corporate income tax experience, ideally gained in a top-tier accounting firm or corporate business environment;
  • Developing client-facing skills with confidence to contribute to client meetings and build a network;
  • The ability to articulate complex technical information into succinct, well-informed recommendations to clients;
