Job Opportunity

We are seeking a talented individual to fill the role of Campaigns Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for connecting supporters and donors to our organization's work through multi-channel fundraising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic fundraising campaigns and appeals that drive results.
  • Craft compelling donor communications and manage campaign performance to optimize engagement.
  • Collaborate with teams to deliver high-impact direct marketing initiatives that increase supporter retention and lifetime value.
  • Enhance supporter journeys using data insights and AI tools to improve campaign effectiveness.
About You
  • A minimum of 3+ years' experience in fundraising or direct marketing is required.
  • You should have a strong grasp of donor development and supporter journey best practices.
  • Expertise in direct marketing principles, including ROI goals, testing, and segmentation is essential.
  • Proven ability to craft compelling fundraising stories and appeals is necessary.
  • You should have strong writing skills and an understanding of donor psychology.
  • Digitally savvy, with a mindset for innovation and continuous improvement, is crucial.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills are required.
  • Experience with donor databases such as Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or Blackbaud is preferred.
  • Ability to represent our organization's vision, mission, and values is essential.
