Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and devise solutions for complex air cargo issues, collaborating closely with our customers to comprehend their challenges and identify root causes.
  • Provide high-quality customer service through 2nd line support, serving as the bridge between business and technology.
  • Draft requirements for new features and functionalities, assessing existing functionalities and recommending areas for improvement.
  • Document supporting content and release notes, analysing and documenting processes to identify inefficiencies and suggest optimal business practices and system functionality.
