We are seeking an experienced professional to provide personalized service to members and guide them to a successful outcome by identifying individual needs, problem solving and proactively promoting our products and services.

About the Role
  • Key responsibilities include engaging with clients, performing transactions, maintaining accurate records, and providing expert advice on our products and services.
  • You will be required to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team to deliver excellent results and achieve business objectives.

This is a full-time position working 38 hours per week, and flexibility is essential to meet the demands of the role.

About You
  • To succeed in this role, you must have experience in banking or a related field, with a strong focus on customer service and sales.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are crucial, as well as the ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets and building rapport with clients is also essential.
