About the RoleThis role is responsible for leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing team of therapists.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Leading a team of skin, laser, and dermal therapists.
- Overseeing clinic operations and ensuring exceptional service standards.
- Driving performance by managing KPIs and targets.
- Nurturing client relationships and building on our loyal clientele.
- Partnering closely with stakeholders to align on business strategy and success.
- Proven leadership experience in a clinical or retail environment.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive growth.
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
- A genuine passion for aesthetics, people, and business growth.
- Diploma of Beauty Therapy or higher (preferred).
