About Your New Role

We're currently seeking a motivated professional Team Leader to manage a team of Rehabilitation Consultants for our expanding teams. The ideal candidate would be a Rehabilitation Consultant (Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist or Exercise Physiologist) looking for their next step in their career into a Team Leader role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example and foster a positive team culture
  • Manage a team of 5-6 consultants, focusing on their development and success
  • Regular team meetings and one-on-one catch-ups to discuss day-to-day topics and short-term and long-term goal setting
  • Review productivity and motivate team to reach targets
  • Effectively manage any escalations and ensure senior management messages are communicated to your team
About You
  • Qualified Occupational Therapist, Exercise Physiologist or Physiotherapist
  • Full registration with AHPRA/ESSA
  • Experience as a Same Employer Rehabilitation Consultant essential
  • Either experience in a Team Leader type role or ready for the next step in your career with a strong desire to lead people
  • Car and valid Driver's license
  • Police check or willingness to obtain a police check prior to commencement
