Commercial Project Lead

Responsible for managing commercial arrangements with major developers and negotiating bespoke agreements to accelerate services delivery.

Contributes to integrated service development and other innovative offerings, ensuring alignment with business goals.

About the Role

This position leads commercial arrangements development and negotiation with major developers and infrastructure agencies, guaranteeing adherence to risk and commercial principles.

E nsures effective delivery of customer outcomes while managing business risk and performance by implementing commercial policies and external services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establishes and reviews commercial policy and frameworks for developer funding and procurement of services.
  • Negotiates standard commercial agreements with major developers and government agencies.
  • Develops bespoke commercial agreements with major developers, agencies, utilities, and third-party service providers, applying regulatory, pricing, and commercial frameworks.
About You
  • Demonstrated experience in negotiating and developing commercial agreements is essential.
  • Proven success in working with legal teams to develop contracts.
  • Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex projects.
  • Success in communicating complex information to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to manage external stakeholder relationships and work on diverse project teams.
  • Tertiary qualifications in management, business, or a relevant field are required.
