Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced mechanical supervisor to lead our team. The successful candidate will have prior experience in the construction and remediation industry, preferably on structural integrity projects.

">About the Role

The selected individual will be responsible for day-to-day site supervision and management of their team. They will ensure site productivity aligns with project timelines and lead the team on productive safe work behavior.

  • Set up and pack up of site, including contributing to pre-start and toolbox meetings
  • Co-ordination of employees and subcontractors
  • Communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Liaise closely with the Project Manager to ensure projects run to schedule

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Prior experience supervising teams of skilled tradesmen
  • S26 supervisor training - preferred
  • White card and current Drivers Licence
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to obtain a Police Clearance
  • Mechanical/Fabrication trade certificate and/or construction qualifications
  • Positive conflict resolution, communication and influencing skills
