**Job Summary**

This role offers an exciting opportunity to join our payroll, finance, and operations teams as a skilled Administrator.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of business processes. Your daily tasks will include data entry of timesheets in the system, ensuring accuracy and completeness against roster and forecast, and liaising with supervisors regarding submitted timesheets.

You will also assist with handling and processing general payroll enquiries, reporting employee utilisation trends, and working closely with the planning department to ensure labour is allocated accurately against jobs. Additionally, you will perform other general administration tasks as required.

**Requirements and Qualifications**

We are looking for an experienced administrator with payroll experience who possesses a positive attitude, high level of initiative, and proactiveness. You should have strong interpersonal and communication skills to develop good working relationships, intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, and strong organisational skills including the ability to manage your own workload.
