Role Overview

Luxury Escapes, a leading online travel agency, is seeking an experienced Product Manager to join its Operational Excellence and Luxury Escapes Business Traveller (LEBT) team. As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's corporate travel platform and driving growth through innovative product development.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of LE's corporate travel platform (LEBT), collaborating closely with the commercial team to deliver a best-in-class experience for Australian businesses
  • Foster growth by designing and implementing technology and tools that boost efficiency for Customer Sales and Service, Operations, Finance, and other teams
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs to effectively advocate on their behalf
  • Oversee the vision, strategy, and execution for products under your management
  • Energize stakeholders to enhance efficiency in customer service, sales, and finance teams
  • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from research to design, build, and launch
  • Establish, measure, and improve success metrics for the products you oversee

About You

  • Demonstrated expertise in Product Management and UX in high-growth environments
  • Proven problem-solving skills, with a willingness to roll up sleeves to find solutions
  • Track record of managing all aspects of the product lifecycle
  • Experience growing products through agile planning and rapid prioritization
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
  • Passionate about crafting products that delight customers
  • Success in defining and launching excellent products, backed by data-driven metrics
