Job Description

Senior Solutions Engineers in Professional Services lead the delivery of advanced technical solutions for enterprise customers. They collaborate with cross-functional teams to tackle challenging projects and drive service excellence.

Key responsibilities include leading complex deployments, driving product enhancements, deploying custom integrations, advocating best practices, staying informed, collaborating on scoping, planning iteratively, designing and implementing solutions, agile execution, customer-centric automation, envisioning system enhancements, and troubleshooting and resolving issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of software development experience in commercial or enterprise environments.
  • 3+ years of hands-on development using Python, Go, Java, or JavaScript.
  • Strong grasp of programming concepts and effective debugging techniques.
  • Robust knowledge of modern web architectures, microservices, and APIs.
  • Familiarity with AWS services and other cloud platforms.
  • Experience using AI tools to enhance productivity, innovation, or problem-solving.

Security Clearance:

This role requires NV1 security clearance to work on Australian Government projects. Applicants must be Australian citizens to be eligible for this clearance.
