About the Role

We are seeking a Claims Administration Assistant to join our Accident and Health Claims team.

  • Ensure all customers and claimants receive the support and guidance they need throughout the lodgement and processing of their claim.
  • Provide high level customer service to all internal and external partners.
  • Undertake End to End claims management, handling daily workflow and providing administrative support to maintain client service standards.
  • Process payment of income and other ancillary benefits within company guidelines and delegated authority.
Requirements
  • A passion for service and commitment to excellence.
  • High attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and PC literacy skills.
  • Minimum completion of Year 10 secondary school studies.
