About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Delivery Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional services to individuals with disabilities. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing our services, ensuring compliance with the NDIS Quality and Safeguard Framework, and driving excellence in service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Forge strong relationships with clients, their families, and our team to ensure positive and meaningful interactions.
  • Drive excellence in service delivery by monitoring and managing service agreements, particularly in Supported Independent Living (SIL) environments.
  • Optimise budgets to ensure we meet and exceed financial targets.
  • Champion compliance and best practices by leading quality audits and risk management.
  • Empower your team by providing leadership that inspires and fosters a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Be ready to take on scheduled manager on-call duties to ensure our services run smoothly around the clock.
What You Bring to the Table
  • Proven leadership experience in a similar role, with at least three years of managerial experience.
  • Hands-on experience in the NDIS sector, with a strong understanding of what it takes to deliver exceptional services.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to negotiate, resolve conflicts, and build relationships with ease.
  • Organisational mastery, with the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.
  • Tech-savvy and compliant, with proficiency in systems like Salesforce, PRODA, and SharePoint.
  • Credentials in order, including a current Blue Card & Yellow Card/NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, and completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module.
