- Proven leadership experience in a similar role, with at least three (3) years of managerial experience.
- NDIS expertise, with hands-on experience in the NDIS sector.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to negotiate, resolve conflicts, and build relationships.
- Organisational mastery, with the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.
- Tech-savvy and compliant, with proficiency in systems like Salesforce, PRODA, and Share Point.
