Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Sales Consultant to join our thriving real estate office in the North Eastern Group of Barry Plant. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in helping clients achieve their property goals and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct door knocking activities and arrange appointments with potential clients.
  • Making cold calls and database calls to generate leads and expand the client base.
  • Assist in the preparation of listing kits and execute marketing strategies for properties.
  • Assist with building inspection, private inspections, property photography appointments.
  • Maintain and update the database to ensure accurate and up-to-date client information.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, answer enquiries, and address concerns.
  • Assist at auctions, open houses, and property inspections to support the sales process.
  • Actively participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Possession of an Agent Representative Certificate.
  • Full-time availability to commit to the demands of the position.
  • Ownership of a car and a valid driver's license.
  • Positive attitude, driven mindset, and eagerness to learn and grow within the real estate field.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure, meet strict deadlines, and effectively manage workflow and priorities.
  • Exceptional work ethic demonstrated by a combination of accuracy, efficiency, initiative, and enthusiasm.
  • Strong customer service focus with a positive and can-do attitude, ensuring clients' needs are met and exceeded.
