Market Manager Role

Luxury travel businesses continue to experience rapid growth, driven by exclusive offers at insider prices and a strong online presence. To maintain and grow partnerships with luxury villa owners in Bali, we seek an experienced Market Manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for negotiating new and repeat partners, maintaining rate parity, and overseeing pre- and post-production responsibilities. This includes effective communication with internal stakeholders and partners to ensure commercially sound deals are accurately completed before being passed on to the Partner Success team.

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business and partner goals
  • Maintain data quality in our CRM system, ensuring accuracy for contracting and production purposes
  • Manage pre- and post-production responsibilities, including communication with internal stakeholders and partners
  • Drive incremental sales through dynamic and static rate promotional campaigns
  • Analyze post-campaign results, generate reports, and conduct market research to identify commercial opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with hotel partners, reviewing performance and offering insights to optimize revenue
  • Work with Revenue Management to drive repeat performance and maximize regional success
  • Investigate instances where rates are uncompetitive and liaise with suppliers to obtain competitive rates
  • Foster relationships between new and existing hotel partners, focusing on new supply
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert for campaigns in the designated region
  • Partner escalation support contact for connectivity-related issues
  • Sales support for live campaigns
  • Customer Service escalation contact for life of travel validity/escalations
