We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Travel Experience Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional travel experiences and has a strong knowledge of luxury travel.

As a Travel Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for handling leisure travel requests from our global members, managing bookings for scheduled, no-frills, and chartered flights, and using your commercial judgment and expertise with GDS to find the best travel solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional travel experiences by handling leisure travel requests from our global members.

  • Use your commercial judgment and expertise with GDS to find the best travel solutions.
  • Provide outstanding customer service that keeps our members coming back again and again.

Requirements:

  • A fast learner who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Experience with GDS booking platforms and a knack for problem-solving.

Working Hours

Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week, with a start time of either 8:00 AM or 9:00 AM.
