Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage our supply chain and logistics operations in Australia and New Zealand.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing product and spare parts forecast schedules, managing stock and logistics activities, and ensuring effective management of the repair centre within Australia.

This role requires strong logistics coordination abilities, proven project management capabilities, and excellent interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have a formal qualification in a business or logistics discipline and 3-5 years' experience in a similar role.

The Supply Chain and Logistics Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive their products on time and in good condition.

Main Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management:
    • Review upcoming project requirements and feed stock requirements through to key stakeholders to ensure effective forecasting.
    • Ensure any potential stock issues are escalated to senior management and other necessary stakeholders in a timely fashion.
  • Repair Management:
    • Ensure repair and warehouse staff are utilised appropriately to support business needs.
    • Ensure that assets are utilized in a cost-effective way.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Ongoing monitoring and management of repair centre activity against demand.
    • Minimize sourcing costs for parts.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Formal qualifications in a business or logistics discipline.
  • 3-5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Strong logistics coordination abilities.
  • Proven project management capabilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
