We are seeking a talented Senior Financial Analyst to join our finance team. This role involves project cost control management and reporting to support projects across the portfolio.

Our finance professionals play a key role in guiding critical business decisions and developing cutting-edge solutions. The work we do contributes to aviation and aerospace products, technologies, and services that impact lives worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to the finance team and collaborate with project teams.
  • Analyze Cost and Schedule performance; communicate financial insights and project status to stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain project budgets and forecasts with cost account managers.
  • Create and update financial models, reports, and dashboards to monitor project performance.
  • Ensure financial compliance and accuracy with project teams.
  • Assist with month-end processes, including journals, reconciliations, and reporting.
  • Support estimating and pricing activities.
  • Identify areas for continuous improvement and participate in related initiatives.
  • Train and mentor team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have knowledge in some or all of the following areas:

  • Bachelor's Degree in finance, business, or commerce, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in project accounting, management accounting, or cost control roles.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including functions, PowerPivot, and dashboards.
  • Ability to adapt, be proactive, and organize priorities independently.
  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Experience managing financial aspects of diverse projects.
  • Experience in estimating and pricing of varying complexities.
  • Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and systems.
