Job Description

The primary objective of this role is to support the Head of Financial Planning and Analysis in driving the company's growth and profitability through effective financial planning, forecasting, and variance analysis.

  • Collaborate with key business leaders to understand key performance drivers and ensure the timely delivery of financial objectives.
  • Prepare and present management reports, dashboards, and gather commentary to ensure accurate reflection of financial results to Executive Management.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives, scenario planning, and business cases.
  • Analyse performance across financial planning and forecasting cycles, lead the analysis of key KPIs, provide actual results insights, and highlight implications for the longer-term financial outlook.
About You
  • Must be tertiary qualified in Accounting or Business, with a CA/CPA qualification highly regarded.
  • Must bring strong technical financial modelling and forecasting expertise, advanced Excel skillset, and financial systems knowledge (SAP/Oracle). Solid working knowledge of BI tools (Power BI) is also highly regarded.
  • Must demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and engage with both financial and non-financial stakeholders at all levels.
  • Must be highly accountable, meet deadlines, and have the ability to solve complex strategic business problems while remaining commercially minded and adaptable in approach.
