Financial Analyst Role

We are seeking a talented professional to fill the role of Senior Financial Analyst. This position involves project cost control management and reporting to support projects across our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide financial support to the team and collaborate with project and scheduling teams.
  • Analyze Cost and Schedule performance; communicate financial insights and project status to stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain project budgets and forecasts with cost account managers.
  • Create and update financial models, reports, and dashboards to monitor project performance.
  • Ensure financial compliance and accuracy with project teams.
  • Assist with month-end processes, including journals, reconciliations, and reporting.
  • Support estimating and pricing activities.
  • Identify areas for continuous improvement and participate in related initiatives.
  • Train and mentor team members.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in finance, business, or commerce, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in project accounting, management accounting, or cost control roles.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including functions, Power Pivot, and dashboards.
  • Ability to adapt, be proactive, and organize priorities independently.
  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Experience managing financial aspects of diverse projects.
  • Experience in estimating and pricing of varying complexities.
  • Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and systems.
