Job Title: Schedule Coordinator

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Schedule Coordinator. This role will involve providing administrative support to our clinical and management teams, focusing on scheduling direct-care staff to meet the needs of our clients.

This is a complex and fast-paced role that requires strong analytical thinking and rostering skills. You will work closely with the Roster Coordinator to ensure resources meet client demand and liaise with staff regarding schedule changes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate client visits to staff with the appropriate skills in the required areas, minimizing staff travel and non-direct tasks.
  • Respond to calls from clients and external providers in a timely manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the Roster Coordinator to ensure resources meet client needs.
  • Liaise with staff regarding schedule changes and updates.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, including navigation of multiple platforms.
  • Strong administration skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Intermediate computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office.
