About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Merchandise Planner to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting customers into fans through forecasting, analytical & planning skills. You will work alongside buyers and provide guidance to allocators, building and maintaining plans to ensure stock levels are optimal.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves data analytics, has excellent interpersonal & communication skills, and can make decisions with confidence and accuracy.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing leadership and guidance to allocators
  • Working with buyers & allocators to maintain capacity levels in stores
  • Maintaining seasonal merchandise plans that achieve stock capacity targets
  • Updating and managing in-season Open To Buy (OTB)
  • Planning, monitoring and communicating delivery plans
  • Managing Launch Calendar and monitoring deliveries
  • Determining returns value to be chased each month
  • Delivering exceptional customer experiences to our stores
  • Building strong relationships with stores & area managers

  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
  • Capacity and confidence to make decisions and resolve issues
  • Strong financial skills, with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills, ability to prioritise and think on your feet
