A leading global manufacturer of engineered industrial products is seeking a skilled Maintenance Coordinator to oversee day-to-day maintenance activities on site.
This crucial role ensures the safety and efficiency of maintenance operations, coordinating work schedules, and implementing cost-saving initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily maintenance activities and ensure safety for all team members and contractors.
- Coordinate and prioritize maintenance tasks using the CMMS system (MEX).
- Implement lean principles and cost-saving strategies.
- Schedule and manage maintenance work in conjunction with operations teams.
- Ensure compliance with internal and Australian standards.
- Identify and schedule improvement opportunities from regular audits.
- Quote and order parts, collaborating with technical teams.
About You:
- Mechanical or electrical trade qualification.
- Demonstrated experience working in an industrial environment.
- Strong commitment to safe and quality work practices.
- Valid Australian driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Excellent communication and scheduling skills.
- Experience with CMMS software and knowledge of relevant standards and regulations.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and a strong team player.
What We Offer:
- $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
