Graphic Design Leadership Opportunity

The role of Senior Graphic Designer is a high-energy position that requires a creative professional to lead and mentor a small team while working on various projects including campaigns, merchandise, community programs, and social media.

We are looking for someone who has strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator with After Effects being desirable. The ideal candidate will have experience across digital, social, and print media, as well as a background in agency and or sports environments.

This full-time role offers the chance to step into a leadership position where you will not only create engaging design work but also mentor and guide a small creative team. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and protecting the brand across multiple channels, ensuring consistency and impact in everything from high-level campaigns to day-to-day creative assets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create engaging design work for various projects, including membership and merchandise campaigns, partnership activations, community initiatives, and BAU deliverables such as social tiles and digital rollouts.
  • Mentor and guide a small creative team to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to produce high-quality work.
  • Work closely with the brand team and wider departments to ensure deadlines are met in a fast-paced and high-energy environment.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Graphic Design.
  • Five or more years of experience in-house or agency side.
  • Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator with After Effects being desirable.
  • Experience across digital, social, and print media.
  • A background in agency and or sports environments highly regarded.
  • Experience leading or mentoring a small creative team.
