Healthcare Professional Opportunity

Located at Northern Beaches Hospital, a Level 5 delineation service for public and private patients, this role offers an excellent opportunity to build a dynamic career in healthcare.

The hospital features world-class facilities, including 486 beds, a 50-bed Emergency Department, and 20-bed ICU. We support continuing education for all staff through our education department and have clinical nurse educators on the ward.

This role is perfect for experienced and patient care focused individuals who want to achieve their career goals in healthcare.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional patient-centred customer service by greeting customers, handling enquiries with a friendly and professional manner, booking and rescheduling appointments, maintaining accurate patient information data collection, and processing medical records.
  • Liaising with medical staff, other areas of the hospital, and managing patient electronic records ensuring the privacy and confidentiality of patient information.

Key requirements for this role are experience in an acute patient-focused healthcare facility/hospital, highly developed interpersonal and time management skills, good computer literacy, and sound knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
