We are seeking a results-driven Asphalt Crew Supervisor to lead our team in delivering high-quality work. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in asphalt laying and site leadership, as well as a sound knowledge of asphalt laying processes, equipment, and safety procedures. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work and wants to build a long-term career with a company that values its people and the community it serves.

A key aspect of this role is planning and coordinating daily site activities, including plant, material, and personnel management. You will be responsible for ensuring all work is completed safely, on schedule, and to project specifications. In addition, you will liaise with supervisors, clients, and council representatives as required.

To be successful in this position, you will need:

  • Proven experience in asphalt laying and site leadership
  • Sound knowledge of asphalt laying processes, equipment, and safety procedures
  • A hands-on approach with strong communication and team management skills
  • White Card and current Driver's Licence (HR Licence highly desirable)
