**About Us**: Unite Resourcing is a leading provider of asphalt contracting services dedicated to delivering high-quality results to our clients. As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking dedicated and skilled individuals to join our team.

We are currently looking for an experienced Asphalt Crew for a new project in the Gold Coast.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in asphalt-related work
- Valid RII Roller or RII Skid Steer (Bobcat) tickets preferred
- HR license is desired
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with asphalt laying and related tasks as directed by the crew leader
- Operate machinery such as rollers and skid steers (Bobcats) efficiently and safely
- Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and regulations on-site
- Perform general labour duties including manual handling, site preparation, and clean-up
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve project goals in a timely manner
