**Role Summary:**

The Employee Relations Manager will lead a team in shaping and implementing proactive ER strategies, moving beyond reactive case management. This role requires an experienced ER leader with a passion for building data-driven functions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement effective ER strategies and roadmaps to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Create essential systems and processes, including toolkits for managers and policy updates.
  • Analyze data insights to identify trends, understand employee turnover drivers, and proactively address ER risks.
  • Provide accurate advice on award interpretation and participate in salary reviews.
  • Build strong relationships with managers and identify capability gaps to champion a proactive approach to people management.

**Requirements:**

  • 7+ years of ER experience with a deep understanding of Australian employment law and Fair Work Commission processes.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement ER strategies and drive tangible results.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in coaching and developing high-performing teams.
  • Data literacy and analytical acumen to identify trends and inform proactive strategies.
  • Project management expertise to handle multiple initiatives.
