Job Title:

Project Lead for Fit-Out Projects

This is a permanent full-time position providing an excellent opportunity to work on challenging projects with a growing organisation.

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead fit-out projects from start to finish.
  • The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or similar and minimum 5 years' experience in the successful delivery of projects.
  • You will be responsible for administering head contracts and subcontracts, negotiating subcontracts within budget, and leading the project team throughout the tender process and project delivery.
  • Your key responsibilities will include developing construction methodologies that win tenders, designing comprehensive project programs, identifying and managing construction risk, managing project expenditure and cashflow, and developing a thorough project completion plan.
  • You will also be responsible for defect identification and rectification, as well as providing coaching and guidance to the project team.

Key Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or similar.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in the successful delivery of fit-out projects.
  • Proven track record in delivering projects from start to finish.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
