The successful candidate will be based in Sydney, leading a geographically dispersed team of mobile lenders across Metro Sydney and Wollongong. They will possess an in-depth understanding of the banking industry, particularly within retail sales leadership capacity, and a proven ability to nurture and develop mobile lender talent within NSW.
