About the Role:
- Lead a high-performing team recognized as Canberra's go-to for complex NDIS speech pathology services.

As a leader in your field, you will have a proven track record of success in managing complex cases and mentoring others to do the same. Your exceptional communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients, families, and staff members will be highly valued.
What You'll Bring:
- 5-10+ years of experience in Speech Pathology, preferably with a focus on complex NDIS participants.
- Tertiary qualifications and current SPA registration.
- Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with a proven ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Current driver's license and willingness to undertake background checks.
