Career Opportunities in Civil Engineering

We are partnering with leading civil contractors delivering projects across mining, infrastructure, and industrial sectors in Western Australia.

The roles we are currently seeking include Civil Site Engineers, Project Engineers, and Senior Project Engineers for regional FIFO, DIDO, and Perth-based positions. These are long-term opportunities with tier 1, 2, and specialist contractors.

Projects involve roads, rail, non-process infrastructure, structural concrete, tanks, water/dewatering, bulk earthworks, and services/utilities.

Job Requirements
  • Experience working on civil construction or mining infrastructure projects (ideally roads, bulk earthworks, structures, or services).
  • Strong site-based engineering capability across planning, QA, subcontractor coordination, and delivery.
  • Commercial awareness to support cost control, forecasting, and value-engineering with project managers/clients.
  • Ability to lead crews and work closely with supervisors, engineers, and project managers.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder skills to build positive site and client relationships.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or related field (highly regarded).
