Family Support Specialist

As a Family Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in providing integrated delivery of family and child support services across the region.
Main Responsibilities- You will be responsible for delivering family and child support services in accordance with departmental policies and procedures.
- Conduct home visits and assessments to identify and address child protection concerns.
- Collaborate with other agencies and stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery.
- A relevant tertiary qualification in social work, human services, or a related field is essential.
- Proven experience in child protection or a related field is highly desirable.
- An excellent understanding of communication and interpersonal skills is crucial for success in this role.
