We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Racing Track Attendant.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the track and surrounding areas
  • Assisting with go-kart handling, preparation, and recovery
  • Providing assistance to customers with kart safety and exit/entry procedures
  • Participating in track marshalling, including flagging and recovery operations
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 17 years old
  • Hold a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Be physically fit, with the ability to perform manual handling tasks
  • Availability Tuesday to Sunday
  • Excellent customer service skills, punctuality, and reliability
  • Motorsport knowledge is an asset but not essential
