We are seeking Event Staff to join our team at Ascot Racecourse for the 2025-26 Ascot Racing Carnival. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and provide exceptional customer service to our patrons.

  • Work with a professional and dynamic group of people to deliver an exceptional level of customer service
  • Oversight of patron, vehicle and equine ingress
  • Respond to customer enquiries including distribution of tickets for functions
  • Accurately record attendance figures
  • Provide high level of customer service

  • Effective, efficient, and reliable in a variety of situations
