Job Overview

This role offers a unique opportunity to provide leadership and expertise in security management, safeguarding employees, assets, visitors, and information.

The Security Operations Manager will be responsible for managing a dispersed team, delivering security services to both company and customer premises in support of the organization's facilities footprint.

The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience within defence, government agencies or defence industry, with qualifications in protective security and physical and information security training highly desired.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and expertise in security management.
  • Manage a dispersed team.
  • Deliver security services to both company and customer premises.
  • Ensure implementation and maintenance of security policies and procedures.
  • Develop, review, and update security plans and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience within defence, government agencies or defence industry.
  • Qualifications in protective security.
  • Physical and information security training highly desired.
  • Strong understanding and proven experience in practical application of PSPF, DSPF, and ISM.
