A security leader is sought after to oversee and drive the implementation of physical, personnel and information security across our national footprint. This role will lead a team of professionals in delivering exceptional security outcomes to our business operations, both on-site and at customer premises.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a geographically dispersed team of security professionals.
  • Develop and implement robust security processes, policies, and systems to safeguard our employees, assets, visitors, and information.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to foster a positive culture of security awareness and compliance.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience within Defence, Government Agencies or Defence Industry.
  • Qualifications in Protective Security.
  • Physical and Information Security training, experience and qualifications are highly desirable.
  • A strong understanding and proven experience in the practical application of the PSPF, DSPF, and ISM is essential.
