The Security Operations Manager oversees the administration of physical, personnel and information security initiatives to safeguard employees, assets, visitors and information.
This role involves providing leadership and expertise to manage a team that delivers Security Operations across various locations in support of the organization's facility footprint.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Manage a nationally geographically dispersed team to deliver Security Operations to the business on both internal and customer premises.
- Foster a positive culture of security awareness and compliance among stakeholders.
- Mature processes, policies and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Demonstrated experience within Defence or Government Agencies.
- Qualifications in Protective Security are desirable.
- A strong understanding of the practical application of the PSPF, DSPF, and ISM is essential.
